BUILDING CAPTURE — PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE

By submitting this form, the undersigned authorized representative ("Client") grants Building Capture and its representatives the right to use photos and video footage captured during the project listed above.

Client understands and agrees that these materials may be used by Building Capture for lawful purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Website and portfolio display

  • Marketing and promotional materials

  • Social media content

  • Print and digital advertising

  • Industry publications

Client acknowledges that:

  • Building Capture LLC retains full copyright ownership of all photos and video captured.

  • Images and footage may be edited, cropped, or combined with other content.

  • Client is granted a license to use the photos and video for their own internal and marketing purposes but may not provide them to third parties for those parties' own commercial or portfolio use.

  • Client waives any right to compensation related to Building Capture LLC's promotional use of the photos and video.

Client releases and holds harmless Building Capture LLC from any claims arising from promotional use of the photos and video as described above.

By submitting this form, the signee confirms they are an authorized representative of the organization listed, are at least 18 years of age, and have read and fully understand this release.
